On March 6 2023, the management of the Mino Hasop Eluk group conducted a comparative study at the IWAQU MSME Production House. This MSME from Jambi is one of the producers of various processed fish foods, such as fish floss, fish skin chips, fish pempek, and other food products.
After seeing the product manufacturing process and hearing an explanation of the principles of business management, the comparative study participants continued their visit to the outlet, "Jakoz", a typical Jambi souvenir shop that markets Jambi MSME products.
Apart from knowing the types of processed food, the group also saw various attractive product packaging models that were able to protect and maintain the quality of the food until it reached consumers. This activity aims to foster a spirit of learning for the SAD community to further develop its community products so they can compete in the market.
