Apart from helping resolve population administration (KTP) problems, Pundi Sumatra also helps the Anak Dalam Tribe (SAD) community regarding marriage administration. Until now, not many of them have a marriage certificate. In fact, marriage books are used as one of the requirements for making child birth certificates and other administration.
Realizing this, Pundi Sumatra facilitated ownership of these state documents at SAD. The first step taken is to conduct outreach regarding the administrative requirements that must be fulfilled by the prospective bride and groom. This activity was carried out in two locations assisted by Pundi Sumatra, namely Limbur Tembesi Village - Sarolangun Regency and Dwi Karya Bakti Village - Bungo Regency.
The first socialization was carried out by field facilitators at the Limbur Tembesi location on February 24 2023. In collaboration with Doninggus as a companion from the STT Sriwijaya Foundation, the community was given an explanation regarding the requirements for marriage in the Christian religion.
A few days later, field facilitator Pundi Sumatra held a similar outreach for the SAD community in Dwi Karya Bakti Village - Bungo Regency.
The follow-up to the socialization carried out in these two communities is providing assistance in the marriage registration process at government level.
