The formation of this women's forum aims to create a space for women's aspirations and a common forum for women in the village to increase capacity and create female leaders. In establishing this women's forum, Bardi Lamancori as Internal Manager and Budiansyah as Manager of Agrarian Reform and Sustainable PSDA KARSA Institute directly facilitated this forum consisting of twenty people and headed by Nelce, one of the female farmers in Porelea village.
