PPSW Jakarta held an assertive training activity at the house of Pak RW Cuan Hoy RT 01 RW 01. This activity was attended by 20 participants consisting of administrators and members of KWPS Lantern Merah Abadi. The training was opened by Mr. Iqbal and Mrs. Titik Suryatmi from PPSW Jakarta.<\/p>\n
Through this training, it is hoped that participants will become assertive and confident in activities related to groups and society. And furthermore, it is hoped that participants will know how to recognize their own behavior and how to change their shortcomings, and be able to use their own strengths so that they can easily interact with other people with confidence.<\/p>\n
From the results of the evaluation carried out, participants realized that behavior could be learned and improved. And this learning method can reduce feelings of isolation because there is a community that has similar experiences. They also see this training as useful for increasing work effectiveness in groups and society.<\/p>\n
The facilitator also delivers material regarding self\/character introduction, self-portraits by asking participants to draw on a piece of paper.
