The Orang Rimba group of Tumenggung Hasan adapted to growing coffee in Semambu Village, Sumay District, Tebo Regency.<\/p>\n<p>Agriculture is new to the Orang Rimba. Now they are starting to farm to meet their daily needs, because there are fewer forests for hunting and gathering. In managing gardens, women and men usually share roles. Planting coffee, weeding grass, and picking coffee beans are done by women. Meanwhile, men take part in fertilizing and selling the harvest. <\/p>\n<p>The coffee sold is still in the form of red cherries at a price of IDR 20,000\/kg.
