Participation, where social change occurs with community participation in an independent manner and in accordance with the needs of the community itself. Ferdi also emphasized that facilitators must have basic attitudes in order to realize their values and roles in society. Ferdi said that a facilitator must have an interest in what he is doing. Because without interest, of course it will be very difficult for the facilitator to carry out his performance and pay attention. <\/p>\n
Also, the facilitator must have an empathetic attitude to feel what others feel. You must also be able to have positive emotions when interacting with participants and the public.
