Attend meetings held by the Muntei Village government. The meeting was in preparation for Minister Sandiaga Uno's visit to Muntei Village to see and discuss with the community the readiness of supporting facilities and infrastructure for Muntei Village as a village for tourist and cultural destinations.
Muntei Village was appointed as one of the Cultural Tourism Villages representing the Mentawai Islands Regency. In this meeting the government invited a number of community leaders, religious leaders and stakeholders who are active in the Muntei Village environment.
The results of the meeting agreed that there would be a budget allocation from ADD and programs that would support Muntei Village's status as a tourist attraction and readiness for national and international cultural events. So it is necessary to involve all parties in every program proposal and implementation of activities.
The Citra Mandiri Mentawai Foundation encourages this to be an initial input to encourage a system that can adopt integrated social inclusion programs in cultural tourism programs in the Mentawai Islands.
