Starting 2024, Pundi Sumatra in the ESTUNGKARA program held a discussion event themed "Collaboration to build Harmony, Consolidation of SAD Empowerment Program Plans". This event was held at the Pelepat sub-district office, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province.
The discussion was attended by the Village-Dusun Dwi Karya Bakti Apparatus, representatives of the Sub-district government, and SAD Cadres. In addition to reflecting on the achievements of the previous year, this discussion also aims to map the potential, problems, and needs of the Village that can be synergized with programs that will be implemented by Pundi Sumatra in the future.
"We feel it is important to hold this meeting as an effort to build a collaborative network with all parties to carry out programs in this region, especially for the Suku Anak Dalam community so that existing problems become a shared concern," said Dewi, CEO of Pundi Sumatra.
All parties present at the event demonstrated their commitment to improving the quality of communication and coordination. They are committed to jointly providing assistance in realizing independence in the SAD Community, as well as providing benefits from the programs held to the surrounding village communities.
"The conditions and problems experienced by SAD are often overlooked because they have their own needs and problems. So with this kind of consolidation, we from the government can increasingly reach groups that have not received attention so far," said a representative from the Sub-district government.
This discussion activity is a real proof of the joint efforts in building harmony and consolidating the SAD empowerment program plan. And shows a strong commitment from all parties involved for the progress and welfare of the community in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province.
