KWPS Lantern Merah Abadi entrepreneurship training with PPSW Jakarta. The training was attended by 20 female participants who own businesses. In general, this training aims to generate entrepreneurial motivation and help find business ideas in developing a business. This training is aimed at women who need business encouragement, both those who already have a business and intend to develop their business, and those who do not yet have a business.
For women, the willingness to try is fraught with gender issues. They are very influenced by the labeling given to women as housewives and not workers or business actors. Women try only as a side dish, to fill their free time and in addition to meeting their daily needs to keep the kitchen steaming, not for larger, long-term needs.
This greatly influences attitudes and behavior in treating one's business, such as the outpouring of time, energy and attention to one's business which is always ready to be defeated by other interests related to the interests of the family or society. For example, capital is ready to be taken for pocket money for a husband who is going abroad, or the shop is closed for 1 week because it is abandoned and so on.
Therefore, to develop a business managed by women, the will to encourage them to start or develop a business must be strengthened through various training which is intended to develop the strength that will become the enthusiasm or spirit for women to try.
