The Principal of SD Negeri 02 Nemnemleleu, Bilfesian Saogo, has proposed Muhammad Kumar (10) as a recipient of PIP (Smart Indonesia Program) assistance in 2022, after his NIK and Birth Certificate were obtained from the Mentawai Dukcapil.
Previously Muhammad Kumar was not registered as a PIP recipient, because in the Dapodik SD N 02l Nemnemleleu data, Muhamad Kumar's NIK and Birth Certificate did not exist, while the requirements for proposing names for PIP recipients must have a NIK and Birth Certificate.
Based on these document requirements, the village government and the school principal coordinated to process Muhammad Kumar's administrative documents.
After previously going through the Estungkara program, YCMM discussed at SD Negeri 02 Nemnemleleu with the Principal Bilfesian Saogo regarding 3 children as students with special needs at SDN 02 Nemnemleleu 15 May 2023.
Then the Nemnemleleu village government coordinated with Dukcapil, the Nemnemleleu Village Government issued a domicile certificate, birth mother certificate and moving certificate.
Currently Muhammad Kumar has been added as a family member of Nurbai (biological mother) and has a birth certificate issued by the Mentawai Dukcapil on May 20 2023.
